Pre-Startup Turn-Around Leak Testing Inspection
We have the capability to perform a Turnaround Pre-startup system leak testing inspection on the piping and vessels in all of your units. Especially, in the units that contain hazardous or flammable products.
We have identified leaks that conventional methods such as Snooping (Flanges and Fittings) and pressure testing do not expose until after startup. We will come in your plant before you start back up and after you energize your system with nitrogen or compressed air and will locate any leaks you have on your system using our new method of inspecting your unit.
This method is faster, more accurate, safer, and reduces the risk of fire or toxic release.
